Hi there!
I've tried to do this..and it worked! thanks a lot..

I was wondering how can it stand on that support?! isn't it too heavy?

I'm trying to figure out how to build a tripod that will let me move it up down and turning it..what did u exactly do? I can't really see it from the pictures..
thanks!

Andrea

I've been thinking that if you put a flash on each end of one of these with radio triggers then it should even out the lighting, as long as the same offset was kept for the flashes. I shot the ringflash with the flash set at at 1/16 power and a very small aperture, and there is still a dimmer zone on the opposite end from the flash.

Found your blog through finding your DIY softbox projects on Google, then started looking back.

Interesting post. I love both coffee and chocolate and want to reduce (not stop) my coffee intake so might try this out.

I'm a type 1 diabetic (insulin dependant) and I can say with 99% certainty that coffee has absolutely no effect on blood glucose (at least with me). I check my glucose level 5-8 times a day and there is no difference between the days I have lots of coffee and the days I have less. I've also asked specialists about it at my diabetes clinic and they're in agreement that it's really not something to worry about.

The chocolate, on the other hand, will cause a glucose spike (and insulin response if your pancreas works!).

Just my €0.02.

George.

I used to use CodeSmith for similar purposes. It was a really good tool (but, costs money).

Then I found SubSonic and my life changed. http://subsonicproject.com/

I can't imagine ever wanting to build a web application without it. It is to asp.net what jQuery is to Javascript.

If you like Chrome’s stripped down Web Inspector, you will love the original, full featured version in the WebKit nightlies.
